The Facets Experience
Many people dread walking into a jewelry store, and we at Facets don't blame them. It really is a foreign environment. The lights, the opulent fixtures, and the stiff and stuffy sales staff all add to the generally uninviting feel.  Most men, in fact,  would rather have a prostate exam than endure the torturous environs of the typical jewelry store. Fortunately for them and you, we're not the typical jewelry store...

Facets is altogether different. You can see it in our furnishings. You can sense it in our style. You can feel it in our approach to sales. Our store says, "C'mon in. Take your time. Ask all the questions you want (the owners and goldsmiths wait on you). You're not just a customer here."

The pace is slower here. We're on a first name basis with the people we serve. Our philosophy is one of long-term commitments, not the quick buck.  It's not just a cliche'. When you shop here you really do become family.

And what of our jewelry? It's as different as our service and philosophy. Our inventory is ever changing and ranges from inexpensive but wonderfully styled silver jewelry to exclusive lines like Masriera.  We like to think we have something to suit every taste.

Finally, the reason most people come to us in the first place is the added value of being able to speak directly to the goldsmith when needing repair or custom design service.  The miscommunication that can occur between the sales staff and goldsmith is thereby eliminated, resulting in a stress-free transaction.
